.40 knows his balls. although it's not necessarily jasmine. sometimes my balls are green.

you can get 2 flushes in a medium sized tea pot out of a ball, letting the second steep go for several.minutes longer.
maybe a liter and a half (or a quart-ish) in total.

I hope your lung capacity is far more than 500 mL. (I've worked in the medical field on among other things ventilator design.) If you have 500 mL or less then you might have COPD. But you know that yourself being in the medical field. (J/K, anybody with <0.5 L is probably on full time oxygen. If alive/conscious at all.)
