I bought a bottle of Avocado Oil today at Costco. The label says it has a smoke point of 500°F. Tasting, it has a nutty flavor almost like sunflower seeds, am tempted to taste a spoonful. The oil is very light, I think it would make a good salad dressing.

Has anyone else used Avocado Oil?

No, but thank you very much. I spotted that at Costco and wondered if it needed to go into my shopping cart. I think it will.

LOL!!! If I hadn't had to wait for the pharmacist to come back from lunch I wouldn't have found it.

I use it all the time. I do like it in salad dressing, I like it drizzled over 1/2 of an avocado, I've used it when browning veggies, and, I use it on my face as moisturizer. I love the stuff. TL, are we going to hit Costco next week?
