I am visiting my son @ 4000 ft in Bend, Oregon. What if any adjustments do I make when baking banana bread, cookies, cakes? thank you.
 
No problem. I live at just over a mile high in altitude now and lived for many years at 7200 feet. Some things don't have to be changed much or at all but others can turn out pretty bad if you don't watch it.
