I've added a bit too much coriander to some pinto beans I'm cooking. Is there another seasoning I can add to balance it out? I tried cumin and chili powder and they work alright, but it's still a bit strong.

I'm out of pinto beans and don't have any citrus fruit or sugar (although the coriander already tastes like lemons, so I don't think I'd add citrus on top of it).

Dag nabbit. I'm on a two month self dare to eat vegan. If I could just throw in a bit of smoked sausage, that'd clear it up immediately. Now I actually have to learn how seasonings work rather than just getting lucky on guesses.
