Technically, vinegar is already "spoiled" so nothing bad will happen by leaving it unrefrigerated.

My wife's " Spoiled" guess she doesn't need to be refrigerated either,

I have some partially used bottles of various vinegars sitting on a shelf.
I think there's a couple I bought in the eighties. LOL
