Balsamic Vinegar, does it need to be refrigerated after its opened ?

Just curious.
I see no mention on the bottle that it needs to be refrigerated after opening.
I dont refrigerate my regular vinegars.

Thanks,

Larry

We've never refrigerated it and we don't refrigerate any other pure vinegar. Infused on the other hand does need refrigeration.

I've never refrigerated any type of vinegar. We have a small 6-bottle wine rack in our kitchen where our assorted vinegars are stored.

Mine are out in the open, on display on top of my spice cabinet. I don't refrigerate any of them either.

Vinegar is itself a preservative. No refrigeration needed. We have 18 year aged and 3 other infused balsamic vinegars, all stored in the pantry.
