Don't know yet. However, there's not as much as you think, they are tiny, most are only 4-5" long. AND, you have to peel off skin at least in stripes cause it's really thick and tough, very unpleasant to eat if you leave skin whole. And the bigger they get, the tougher/thicker the skin gets. Bought the plant on an impulse last year in Lowe's and didn't know exactly what we were getting. We've used them in stir frys, marinated, and caponata though.
