Beef Wellington

Hello all!

One of my favorite shows on TV is Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey. A meal that is featured on almost every episode is Beef Wellington. I've always wanted to try it but I'm definitely not going to be able to fly to California to visit his restaurant any time soon. Does anyone have a recipe for Beef Wellington or any helpful hints for this dish? I'd love as much detail as possible!

Thanks in advance!!

Ramsay's recipe is also very good. Curious thing, he was schooled by the older guy in the video I have posted ;)
