While I'm sure there's a place in the world for bulgar wheat... somewhere..., it's no substitute for pasta. And pasta can be just as easily cooked. That's why there are instant meals that feature it.

Instant rice is also a no-brainer and barely needs anything more than a cup of hot water. It doesn't get much easier than that.

You can take boneless skinless breasts and put them in a ziplock bag with a Lawrys Pineapple Teriaki marinade at home and have great sammys any time over the weekend.
