Picked up a couple of brats from the butcher, they make their own. Simmered them in some white wine & onions for 30 minutes then cooked down rhe wine and browned the brats. In another pan I started some red & green peppers along with more onions, mixed everything together for a few minutes and served with mashed potatoes.

They look tasty, but I probably wouldn't go to the Midwest for a few weeks until things cool down.....they'd lynch you for cooking them in a product other than beer.

Naw it's ok, he used wine, and kept the onion, there will be no lynchings as there was alcohol involved. :)
YT I hope these brats didn't hurt your feelings too bad.

we do too, it`s just a pity we have to eat ours from the Outside In :ermm::LOL::ROFLMAO::LOL:

Ya gotta let it go, man..... step away and don't look back..... or at pictures of anyone else's brats

I simmer mine in beer and finish them on the grill. I skewer the peppers and onions and they go on the grill, too. Heat up some kraut and serve on a bun.

Then more beer to wash it down.

do mine in beer n onion before they hit the grill..then I reduce the beer and add bbq sauce and cook it down. yum on a bun
