Bread and butter steak?

My boyfriends boss gave out meat bundles as Christmas gifts. One item is called Bread and Butter steak. I googled but only found Bread and butter roast.
So how should I cook it? and should I marinate it?
Thank you.

I found the same. Weird name aside, this is a cut from the chuck primal. chuck cuts are typically slow cook meats. It looks like this is a cut that should be braised for best results. You can try to marinate it and grill it to medium or medium rare and it may not be too tough.

This is a great way to use that cut: Deep South Dish: Steak and Gravy with Onion

I think I've also heard this cut referred to as knife and fork, but no matter the name it's great for pot roast!
