Hoy!
I'm wanting to do some hard candies for Christmas this year, but I'm kind of cautious about buying the flavorings due to the fact that I can't find any reviews anywhere about different brands that are on the web.
I've found LorAnn's, but a couple reviews via Amazon were ify. There is The Great American Spice Company, but I can't find anything on them and it's still pricey.
I want to use off flavors- lime, pineapple, cinnamon, tangerine, wintergreen- instead of the usual cherry, lemon, grape. If anyone knows how to use the natural juices to do such a feat as creating hard candy and would impart said know-how to me, I'd be extremely grateful... This is not the first time I have wanted to infuse something with good, natural flavor.
Thanks for reading! I'm crossing my fingers...
