Carrot tops or greens

Can you eat the tops or greens of carrots? There has been some debate, and I want to be sure before I do it.

Yes you can absolutely! They have a strong flavour and can be added to soups and stews as you would parsley. I would not recommend you eat them raw, the flavour is just too strong uncooked.
