I will keep that in mind!! I have a huge chest freezer that is almost overflowing now. With hubby being a truck driver, I cook up lots of stuff that I can freeze and send with him on the road. Sure cuts the cost of him eating. I also take food to many of my elderly friends and neighbors. On the chicken stock; I always make up very large amounts to freeze as my son-in-law loves my chicken and dumplins. That way when they call and give me a couple hours warning that they are coming, I can make up a batch real quick!!
