Chilli Thread Link?

I have heard that there was a thread that discussed the large number of regional variations of chilli in the US.

Does anyone know where it is?

I'm not sure if this is the one you want or not Darkstream.

Thanks crewsk. Looks like a good place to start anyhow.

I will read it at leisure, and I may have some questions afterwards.

I love chili, nearly every one I have tried it good in its' own way. Has anyone ever put a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg in their chili. It adds a little something undetectable and it is really good.

Darkstream - you can do a search - just type in chili (make sure it's one l) for the keyword, from the pulldown menu select the beef forum (and you can do a separate search under chicken and then Healthy if you want to), then from the next pulldown menu select specific forums and recipes (or something close to that - it's not the general forum

a lot of stuff should come up
