Closet Cooking---- for people with small kitchens

This site might have no interest for those who are very skilled cooks and make everything from scratch.

I'm not sure what small kitchens (like mine ) have to do with this, but there sure are some pretty pics and yummy sounding recipes there. Thanks, cave.

You're welcome. Take what you need/want. The size of a kitchen doesn't mean anything.

I am less concerned about recipes to make in a small kitchen and more concerned about how to store everything.

Sometimes that is a big time challenge.

That's why you rent the place next door, just for storage!

I don't understand what size of the kitchen has to do with the recipes or food one cooks. My grandmother kitchen was a size of a dime, stove had no thermostat only thermometer, she had no more than 3 pots and 3 frying pans. I guarantee you that there are very few people who could have out cook her.

I think it's just a cute name the guy gave his blog.
