-2 jars of Heluva Good horseradish
-1 jar B.L horseradish
-1 bottle mild tace sauce
-jar of olive tapenade
-whole olives
-sliced olives
-pickled garlic
-sesame oil
-2 kinds of hot sauce

-vegemite (yes, i am and always have been American, i just like the stuff)

I guess cat medicine doesn't count :D

goodness, stuff I can remember off the top of my head...

dill relish
mustard (hot, grey poupon & regular yellow)
teriyaki sauce
bottled lemon juice & lim juice
kalamata olives
pickled lemon

If I start ferreting around in my 'fridge, there is sure to be an avalanche LOL! About 20 kinds of salad dressings & marinades,
3 kinds of mustard,
mango chutney,
branston pickle,
mushroom ketchup,
tomato ketchup,
salad cream,
sun dried tomato relish,
fire sauce
