Can I convert this recipe for baking in the oven? If so, any changes to the ingredients and how high a temp for how long?

I am cooking a pork tenderloin tonight that requires a 325 degree oven and would like to be able to cook the potatoes at the same temp.

Thanks for the help!

Sattie, I think you could make the recipe as directed and bake it with your roast, uncovered, for at least an hour. I'd test the potatoes with a skewer or point of a knife during the cooking time to see how the potatoes are doing. I've never done scalloped potatoes in the microwave. Always in the oven.

Thanks for the quick reply Katie E... I'm not a fan of microwave cooking, I don't know why, but I guess I feel it is best for reheating than anything. I will try what you suggested. Hopefully it will all turn out!

Pork tender loin will cook much faster than your potatoes. Now are you cooking real tenderloin or loin of pork there is a vast difference in cooking times, If tenderloin I would put the taters in 20-30 minutes before the pork
