Frozen or thawed, the only imperative is that the chicken has been thoroughly cooked to a safe temperature.

And there are many techniques to safely cook chicken that is frozen.
I stand by my statement.

Don’t look for the light at the end of the tunnel. Stomp along and switch the bl**dy thing on yourself.
