Cooling, Refrigerating, Freezing
OK so since I am always on the run as a college student and don't have a lot of time on my hands I usually cook all my food for the week in a day. So it is ready when I need it and I don't have to spend time cooking.
So usually I cook food and then put it in the fridge. My question is do I let certain foods cool down first and then put in the fridge. Or should I put food in imideately after it is done cooking?
Is there a resource out there that I could look up a list of foods that may be different?
