Counter top electric ovens

I'm assuming you mean a larger toaster-oven. If that's the case, I have one and use it for all types of cooking/baking, but I've never roasted a turkey in mine, even though the inside capacity is quite large. I have cooked a chicken in it, but don't remember if I made gravy from the drippings. I would imagine one could make quite acceptable gravy though.
 
I guess I should say Roaster Oven - It is made by Toastmaster - at least the one I have is. I have used it for hams and they turn out so nice and moist, but I don't make gravy from a ham.
 
Oh, I think I know what you're referring to...the large (about 18-quart) roaster-ovens like the one my grandma used to roast her turkey. I have one, but haven't roasted a turkey in it yet, but I would imagine you could use the drippings in it to make a fine gravy. I would transfer the drippings, etc. to a pan on the stove, though, to make the gravy.
