Covered enamelware Turkey roaster help

I have an 18 lb turkey, i typically roast in a covered roaster and had a little chart that said, typically an 18 lb turkey will take x amount of time but in a COVERED roaster it only takes xx amount. SO i guess.. IM asking you all if you have suggestions

Thanks

Cooking by time rather than internal temperature is more accurate. If you have a roasting thermometer, insert it into the thickest part of the breast and cook it to 161 F.

Is the turkey stuffed or unstuffed? The turkey packaging usually has a cooking chart on it.

I go with 400 F for 3.0 to 3.5 hours in a covered roaster.
