Do these ingredients work well with each other

Pls help. I want to make a chicken soup with as many anti-inflamatory ingredients as possible.
Can you tell me if these will mix well
  1. chicken
  2. brocolli
  3. dark green leafy veges
  4. ginger
  5. garlic
  6. onion
  7. tumeric
  8. oregano
  9. rosemary
  10. cayenne pepper

Everything sounds like it will mesh well, except for the oregano and rosemary. I would omit them. Otherwise, it sounds great!

I agree, the oregano and rosemary don't fit.

The other ingredients marry very well together.

Agree. Save the herbs for something else. As it is there are a lot of flavors going on but I'm thinking you are more interested in the health benefits at this point than any 'nuanced' flavor profile.

With the ingredients listed, I might add a pinch of Chinese 5-spice powder and a bit of soy sauce.

But that is optional. And I agree about leaving out the oregano and rosemary. They're great with chicken, but not so much with the ginger.
