does anybody here use vegemite when cooking? plz tell me what recipe it is, and give other recipes that involve vegemite... i once made vegemite and cheese scrolls, but it turned out like scones

I missed this post. Vegemite is a yeast spread, black as tar and tastes about as good, no seriously it is an Aussie classic and it's lovely! I love cheese and vegemite scrolls, yum.

You can use it as a flavour enhancer in gravies, soups and casseroles, but Aussies mainly just have it on toast.

Oh no! Here we go again!
