Does anyone have any verrines recipes?

shoooooooooooot. It looks like you could put anything in a little glass and call it a "verrine." Verre is the french word for glass, and all I saw was a whole bunch of items layered in glasses. could be an individual trifle, or could be a parfait, or anything else one would like to serve that way.

Doesn't look to me like a very complicated thing to make.

Funny, I've been traveling in France for more than 20 years (as a culinary professional) and have never heard of, seen, or been served one...... :ermm:
 
At first, I thought you folks were talking about something similar to a parfait, but after looking it up on Wikipedia, I can see you're not.
