Does anyone recognize this dish?

This is one of Snip's. Does anyone recall her posting it in a thread, giving a recipe for it or calling it anything? Her description for it is blank.
Thanks

Why do you suppose it's called a tart?
Never the mind, this dish is calling to me I better print it out lest I forget about it.

It's pap tert not pap tart guys. I've made the recipe before and this pic looks like it has tomatoes and jalapenos on top under the cheese. I know my pap tert didn't look anything like the pic you posted here.
