After years of complaining that I always buy a turkey that is too big - and now that we only have 4 people eating dinner - DH requests two extra hindquarters be cooked!
My thought is to just tuck them into the roaster along with the turkey....perhaps wrapping the edge of the thighs in foil to protect them....any ideas?
