Favorite kadesma recipes

I know we have a remembrance for our dear kadesma already, I just thought it might be nice to have a place for us to collect our favorite recipes of hers. It might be nice for her family to see. LOL I saw the thread title and thought, ohhhh, my favorite recipe is the pork chop and onion gravy recipe, even though I use the gravy recipe for other dishes too.

I'll dig for some more Kades favorites.
