Smile Freezing

I make a mousse, with cooked canned corned beef, cream of mushroom soup and gelatin, can I freeze it?

I don't see why not. I freeze just about everything! It might deflate some when reheated.

When I freeze my veggies, just like broccoli when I cook them they are soggy. How ?
