freezing tikka masala sauce?

if i make a big batch can i freeze it ?????????

Groundnut oil
1 large onion, peeled
2 fresh green chillies
1" piece of ginger, peeled
3 garlic cloves, peeled
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 tbsp tomato puree
400g tinned chopped tomatoes
4 boneless chicken breasts (approx 150g each), cubed
10 dried curry leaves
4-6 tbsp natural yoghurt <----obv wont freeze this
Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
 
I would also like to know.

Yakuta will know the answer to this I bet. I'd like to be able to make a big batch and freze it too but I don't think you can freeze sauces made with dairy (the yogurt).
 
Make your sauce, minus the yogurt, and cool and freeze the portion you want to save. When you are ready to use it - thaw, heat and finish with the yogurt.
