Frying or cooking with extra virgin olive oil?

I agree with Karelyn. I am Spanish, and at my house, I have never seen people using any other thing to cook than olive oil. And olive oil is good for your heart!!!

I use veg oil for deep frying and olive oil for seasoning. using olive oil for deep frying is not that good.
