Hi, I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone out there has used a convection steam oven? I'm interested in finding some cooking classes for this type of cooking. I live in Hawaii but I would have no problem getting to the Mainland if there was an all day (or several day) class somewhere. Please help! Thanks, Claire
 
Yes, I'm new to the new Convection/Steam oven. So far I've made enchiladas, baby back ribs, roasted chicken using the probe, cookies and today a cake. I too continue to look for recipes. Lol I will go to Hawaii!
