Gassy cabbage
I like cabbage but it gives me gas. Should I cook it longer or cook it less time for the best digestion prospects?

Not sure on the 'cabbage' but when I make pork and saurkraut, I was always told to use Carraway Seeds in the recipe as this spice cuts down the 'gassy' effect. So I'm sure it may work w/ cabbage also..... Can't hurt to try!
