Good Honey/Orange Butter Spread

Honey/Orange Butter

1 cup butter
2 T. honey
2 t. orange peel

Whip together. Put in butter mold, refrigerate for 2 or more hours.

Puff.. can I use lemon peel instead.
I love oranges but not orange flavored things. ( I know.. weird)
