Grams = ?

Since I have to watch sugar and Carbs when I read something that says " sugar 7g and 6g sugar alcohols" how does that convert to teaspoons??? how many g will it take to = 1 teaspoon??

One teaspoon of sugar equals 4 grams.

thank you both! That is a great web site Buckey..I saved it. What a shock to read the sugar content in my Glucerna ( a diabetic shake)
I noticed today after using splenda in my coffee my reading went up 8 points..bummer!

What a disappointment. That really surprises me--I wonder why, unless it's because it's a sugar derivitive? Maybe Audeo will be able to shed some light on this when she stops in!
