Since I have to watch sugar and Carbs when I read something that says " sugar 7g and 6g sugar alcohols" how does that convert to teaspoons??? how many g will it take to = 1 teaspoon??

thank you both! That is a great web site Buckey..I saved it. What a shock to read the sugar content in my Glucerna ( a diabetic shake)
I noticed today after using splenda in my coffee my reading went up 8 points..bummer!
