Delia Smith is to British cooking what Julia Childs is to America. There are some really excellent recipes on this website, with international and some traditional British recipes. A lot of the entrees are game based, so if you love your venison/pheasant/pigeon etc., then there are some great recipes to try.
I'm going to make her hazelnut chocolate meringue roulade this weekend for dessert :D
The only slight problem may be that some of the recipes call for ingredients that might be hard to find over here, so you might have to do some substitutions/creative thinking LOL!
