Green Chili

It's that time again when the New Mexico green chili crop is up.You can smell the roasting of the chili's in town.Corazon how many bushels do you want?I will get at least three like last year just have a little left which I will use to make bison green chili burritos to freeze so we have them whenever we want.

NM green chiles are the best!!!! I am hoping to see some of the local guys sitting by the roads with their roasters ready and waiting soon!!! Reminds me, I better make room in my freezer.

Am I jealous? YES, I am!!
I've just managed to get about 1 kg of beautiful Malayan green chillies to grow in my garden - how I'd LOVE to get hold of a bushel or two!!!
