Yum Qsis, your chili and stew sound fantastic!

Dina, the only thing I can add to the above recipes is maybe make a chicken or beef stew in a crock pot, but I must say the others suggestions sound much better and more unique and festive.

I like doing crumbly chocolate cupcakes with gummy worms and stuff. Kids dig it, and it is like digging in the soil. A little holloween decorations and you are in there.

A fun treat is to make cupcakes..but do not ice them - take in some green,orange, white and black icing - with gummy worms, M&M's, and candy corn along with a tube of "colored blood". Kids then create their own scary treat - lots of fun - My son is 8yrs old and had a blast - watch out for the red food dye though!!! I used cherry juice with van. icing
