I do a new year's eve to day dinner. We had 10 over this year. Here's the menu:

Hors d’oeuvres:
Anti pasto
Tourine de provolone, Danish blue, Irish cheddar
Fair Hill Charcuterie: Fennel and Sec
Herring in wine, smoked salmon
Sausage balls w/ fresh applesauce
Indian curried shrimp soup
Vermont corn cob smoked ham
Au gratin potatoes
Roasted tomatoes w/ pesto
Mixed greens w/ country hock
Blackeye peas, French style w/ fresh ham
Rolls and Amish butter
Various homemade items including apple cake, shortbread, ginger cookies
Served neat or a la mode (Kilby’s creamery)
Chester county water
Wines red, white, and sparkling,
Cordials and whiskeys
Coffee and tea
