i am helping a friend cater a event for and i need to make 170 mini smoked salmon open faced sandwiches on Hungarian rye bread. I already have the bread portion size figured out but i'm having some trouble figuring out the portion size for the salmon i am thinking 2oz per sandwich is that too much??
