Post Help - Mozzarella

So, i recklessly bought this huge 1kg mozzarella ball and only used about 150g of it. I don't know what to do with this ball anymore. I've been trying to look for something that would interest me to cook, but I've found zero

Now that I am beginning my classes soon (monday) I'll be short of time and I was wondering if any of you knew any recipes so I could wisely use the mozzarella i have.

Life of a student... we can't even use microwave

Do you have a freezer? If so, may I suggest you grate it all, put it in a freezer bag and freeze it? You can then use bits at your leisure.

You could sell it on to Bristol City Council, because heated, mozzarella has enough tensile strength to support the Bristol Suspension Bridge.
