Question Help Quick!

Hi out there,
I need some quick help. I have 18 pounds of of Pork Sirloin Tip roasts that I need turned into shredded pork sandwiches by Friday evening. Can anyone help with fastest cooking method for this? Thanks so much, in advance,

18 pounds...

Large (LARGE) pot, one or two batches boiled over 4 to 5 hours. After that you can probably take it apart by mashing it with a spoon.

If you've got a crock pot you can probably do 2 10 pound batches.

Edit: I mean 2 9 pound batches... doh! Either way it should be tender enough to mash into strings after 6 hours.
