That looks good...as kgirl said in an earlier thread, she and hubby are headed out for a road trip, so it may be a while before she sees this.

That looks so much better than what I have done.. I agree that the patty should be thinner but, his method and finished dish seems perfect..

C-Dog, that looks not so bad, but that's not how we do the gravy
and like Ross said (and I think Chef said the same), the patty
should be a little thinner.
I was trying to find a photo of one of my own
Loco Moco, but I just changed to a new laptop
and I haven't got patience right now, so here's
some that I had at Rainbow Drive-In on Kapahulu Avenue
in Honolulu, voted one of the best 'cheap eats' on Oahu,
also featured on "Triple D".
Their Mac Salad and Leonard's Malasadas (Portuguese Donuts)
on the side don't hurt either
