I stopped flipping my omelets when I learned how to finish them in the oven. But then now I technically have a frittata. I also like that you can get twice as much toppings on it than a regular omelet.

wait now im lost (go figure)

if we are talking about cooking the omlette. I dont flip

If we are talking abotu folding it. Im a tri fold kidna guy. some filling in the egg, some in the center. brushed with butter and if i got any left. topped with cheese

I do the exact same thing as Andy...no flip. 1/2 the omelet slides right out of the skillet and flipping the other 1/2 on top of it works like a charm, every time

Glad it's 8am, into the kitchen for an omelet I go.
