How do you like your chili?

Your talking southern as in bacon grease in the CI pan made corn bread? I actually like corn cakes with my chili.

I had to laugh at this. An ad popped up and I was squinting to read through it, and wound up seeing "how do you eat your child" Wow! Shades of Jonathan Swift. Of course it was only seconds, but for a minute there, I was wondering.

I make several kinds of chili (none involving children!). I just make whatever chili using whatever is in the house. Beef, beans, lots of cumin. BUT once a year (actually I guess it makes it twice a year I make either Cincinnati (i.e., Greek) chili, and once a year I make my cousin's New Mexican Green chili.
