How do you use lovage?

I have a monster lovage plant in the garden. I have used the leaves to substitute for celery leaves, does anyone have any TNT recipes using other parts of the plant (or the leaves)? I really should harvest more of this plant. It is a perennial and is about 3-4 years old now.

buckytom, you are SO bad.

Constance, I too have decided I need to be more aggressive about doing something with this plant...it keeps coming back, even when the DH has accidently rototilled it under.
