Well if Attila the Hun's love of Steak Tartare was enough to influence Westerner's to add the delicacy to their cuisine, who am I to diagree? Of course one must be careful about the steak that was used to create the ground meat.

Mine has to be a medium plus to a medium well. I used to eat them medium rare until it started really mooing at me, now can't eat a medium rare steak.
