LOL, you are so right!! Not that we DON'T eat ice cream during the winter, of course WE DO, just less often, during the summer we are just like purrfectlydevine's mum, they are everyday staple and we pump out the gelati every few days!! We just made another batch last week, 3 flavours with real vanilla bean, mango and rum-chocolate. Yumyumyum!!

scott123: Thanks for the clarification and correction. I was in a hurry to get off to an appointment and I didn't take the time to proof the post before hitting the Reply button. The stabilizers are what actually keep the suspension intact.
