In Minneapolis/St. Paul.....

Does anyone know where in the Twin Cities I can find freshwater eel, or where I can go to find out a location? Thanks

Goodweed should know since he is from around that area. You should ask him about where to purchase the best quality seafood as well.

For eel I would suggest trying an Asian market. I have never been to an asian market that didn't carry them. I found these two possible sources for you from the link msalper gave.

Ethnic & Specialty, Grocery Stores:
Shuang Hur Supermarket
Asian Grocery Store
